We are proud to provide the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Child friendly
Our office has an area for the little ones to keep them preoccupied while they are waiting. We have children's videos, books and activities for them in our waiting area.
Comfort
Our top priority is to make you as comfortable as possible during each visit. Therefore we offer warm beverages ( tea, cider, hot chocolate) in our waiting room, a shiatsu massager, and an assortment of reading materials. In our treatment rooms, we also offer headsets, massage chairs to enjoy while you are undergoing treatment along with cozy blankets.
Financial
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also offer financing through CareCredit and Capital One Financial with no interest payments for as long as 12 months.
Insurance
BelleCare Dental participates in most dental PPOs and accepts all fee-for-service dental insurance plans. We go the extra mile for you in regard to your insurance benefits: evaluating your benefits, estimating your percentages of coverage, billing your insurance electronically and following up with insurance carriers when necessary. We also provide outside financing options through Care Credit and Capital One for long term payment arrangements (some plans with no interest for 12 months).

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this valuable appointment time to another patient. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
