For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Financial
We will do everything we can to help you with the cost of your dental treatment. We accept the following forms of payment:

- Personal Check
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
We also offer financing through CareCredit and Capital One Financial with no interest payments for as long as 12 months.
Insurance
BelleCare Dental accepts all fee-for-service dental insurance plans. We go the extra mile for you in regard to your insurance benefits by evaluating your benefits, estimating your percentages of coverage, billing your insurance electronically and following up with insurance carriers when necessary. We also provide outside financing options through Care Credit and Capital One for long term payment arrangements (some plans with no interest for 12 months).
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this valuable appointment time to another patient. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
